Nothing made available through the Platform, including without limitation stock prices, market data, exchange listing or compliance information, compliance deadlines, alerts, notifications, rankings, analyses, summaries, projections, historical information, or other content, constitutes or should be construed as legal, financial, or investment advice, a recommendation, an endorsement, or a solicitation or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security.

Hypertime is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, securities broker, financial planner, law firm, or other professional advisory service. The Platform does not act as a fiduciary to any user and does not provide advice tailored to any user’s financial circumstances, investment objectives, risk tolerance, legal circumstances, or other individual needs.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Accounts may not be shared, resold or used to scrape the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorised access, redistribute market data in bulk, or use Hypertime for unlawful purposes.

Data accuracy and availability

Market data is supplied by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, and we may change or suspend features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hypertime is not liable for any trading losses or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
