Accessibility statement

Hypertime is committed to making its market-compliance tools usable by everyone, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings.

Conformance

Hypertime is designed and tested to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA, the benchmark commonly applied to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III obligations, as well as Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and WAI-ARIA 1.2 authoring practices.

What we do

  • Semantic landmarks, one H1 per page and a skip-to-content link.
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators on every interactive control.
  • Accessible names on icon-only buttons, dropdowns and form fields.
  • Text and interface contrast of at least 4.5:1 against its background.
  • Colour is never the only way information is conveyed; values carry labels.
  • Automated axe-core audits run against the dashboard, auth and detail pages.

Feedback

If you hit a barrier anywhere on Hypertime, email noreply@hyperti.me and describe the page and the problem. We aim to respond within five business days.
