What we collect
- Account details: first name, last name, email address and password hash.
- Your investment budget, saved investments, share counts and cost basis.
- Your watchlist and notification preferences.
- Basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
Your data is used to personalise recommendations, calculate returns on your saved positions, and send the email alerts you opted into. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Automated alerts are sent from a no-reply Hypertime address. You can change or switch off every alert type from your notification settings at any time.
Storage and security
Data is stored in a managed, access-controlled database. Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS, and rows are isolated so only your account can read your records.
Your choices
You can update your email, password and profile from your account page, or request export or deletion of your data by emailing noreply@hyperti.me.
