Key features

Everything listed here is implemented and available in Hypertime today.

  • Compliance Desk

A live screen of NYSE and Nasdaq listings closing below the $1.00 minimum bid price, pulled in batches you control and filterable by ticker, company, industry, exchange and how recently the name was flagged.

  • Cure-period tracking

Each name carries its estimated deficiency notice, days elapsed and days remaining in the 180-day cure window, the ten-consecutive-close requirement, and — where public coverage supports it — an additional 180-day extension row.

  • Current-price filtering

Narrow results to a current price band from $0.00–$0.10 through $0.75–$1.00, or filter by the amount of time left to cure from 5 to 180 days.

  • Saved search defaults

Store your full set of filters to your account and have them applied automatically on your next visit, on any device. Update, restore or clear the default whenever you like.

  • Saved sort defaults

Save your preferred sort order separately from your search criteria so results arrive ordered the way you read them.

  • Result sorting

Sort the results already loaded by recovery odds, current price, time left to cure, company name, most recently flagged, highest price achieved, trading volume or largest daily gain or loss — with no new data request.

  • Watchlists

Star any company, including names that have already cured, and move between watchlist names with scoped navigation on the stock page.

  • My Investments

Record buys and sells with price per share, date, shares and amount, including joint holdings on a shared household account, and see cost basis, average cost, current value and realized and unrealized gain or loss.

  • Stock-specific news coverage

Recent articles for each ticker with publisher, source domain, publication date and a link to the original story.

  • Shared public-data caching

Public market and article results are cached server-side and reused across users, so pages open with data already on screen instead of an empty state.

  • Background data refreshes

After the first load, refreshes run in the background. Cards, filters and article content stay visible and update with a subtle reveal once newer data is ready.

  • Alerts

Email and in-app updates for new postings, price thresholds, deadline warnings, compliance cures and delisting risk, with per-type controls in your notification settings.
